Details on this bodybuilding program
The bodybuilding program for men that we have concocted for you consists of 4 sessions to be spread over the week. Each session is geared towards the work of 1 or 2 muscle groups, with 6 exercises each time. Be careful to follow the order indicated, for maximum efficiency the isolation exercises will be carried out at the end of the session. Called a split routine, this 4-day training method allows each muscle group to be intensely used only once a week, which avoids overtraining because enough time is left for the muscles to recover. Together, these strength training sessions will allow you to strengthen your entire body and thus sculpt your musculature.
As part of muscle development, we recommend that you perform 4 sets of 8 to 15 repetitions for each exercise. Recovery times between each set will be between 1.30 ”and 3 minutes, to be adapted according to the exercise, your level, your equipment, the time you have available, etc. Without necessarily going as far as "failure", it will be important to finish your sessions with a minimum of muscle and nervous fatigue. As part of a goal of mass gain, you will need to stop between 1 and 3 repetitions before failure in your last sets of exercises. So remember to properly adjust your loads during each session.
Finally, this program was designed to be followed in the weight room. Unless you have devices, you won't be able to track it at home.
