VitalTraining podcasts: your new morning routine
It's all new and beautiful: the #VitalTraining are now available in podcast! Every morning, Emilie Cailleau, a certified sports coach, boosts your wake-up call with a fitness exercise to tone you up gently and get you ready for the day. Ready, sportswomen?
The #VitalTraining are back... in podcast version! After having made you sweat in complete fitness sessions in videos (and YouTube), Emilie Cailleau, fitness coach and fitness journalist, gives you again appointment... Every morning. On the program: an exercise to do without having to run to the gym. No "logistical" headaches, just a floor mat, a bottle of water and a comfortable sports outfit and off you go: in less than two minutes, Emilie guides you through an effective exercise targeted on a part of the body or total body: abs, thighs, buttocks, arms, back, a cardio exercise... You can do as much as you want, depending on your schedule, your mood and your motivation of the day!
Every morning at 7am, a new podcast presenting a new exercise is offered. No more routine, each day you will work differently, to harmoniously draw your silhouette, all in a good mood.
Each exercise is accessible to all. No performance, each one can go at its own pace, according to its objective, its form of the day. However, if you lose the thread, or if you do not understand the instructions, do not worry, "rewind"! The advantage of podcasts, like YouTube videos, is that you can start again at your leisure.
More and more practiced thanks to the numerous websites, sport apps and social networks, training at home has more than one advantage. More flexible than training in a gym, where choreographed movements sometimes follow each other too quickly, working out at home is a good compromise when you have little time to spare.
Like any physical activity, regular practice helps you to feel better in your shoes and to feel the results on the physical and psychological level after an average of three weeks. But on a daily basis, there is no need for lengthy sessions: a few minutes are enough to feel in shape. You can also link several podcasts in a row for a complete session. So many reasons to make
#VitalTraining podcasts your new morning routine!
